Daily Duties at T. Rowe Price:
Responsible for handling telephone inquiries from Retirement Plan participants, regarding balance information and processing of transactions in their accounts. Accepted and accurately processed transactions such as investment mix allocation changes, exchanges, loans, salary deferral changes and pre-authorized withdrawals. Performed quality review of all transactions to verify accuracy.
