Patient and family teaching for all areas of need, reinforcing specialty services teaching as well. IV therapy, SP and urethral cath insertion & maintanence, diatetic teaching w/ blood glucose monitoring & eval. Wound care - surgical & non-surgical. Tube feedings, phlebotomy, respiratory eval & management. Ongoing evaluation and documentation on the OASIS form.
