Daily Duties at North Idaho Home Health:

Provided and coordinated in-home client care between the patinets/families and physicians, PT. OT, ST, MSW, wound clinics, & care providers. Initial total assessment w/evaluation of needs. Ongoing assessments w/evaluation of changes and documentation on OASIS. IV therapy, phlebotomy, wound care (surgical & non-surgical), wound vac, diabetic teaching and blood glucose evaluation, coumadin teaching and evaluation. Medication compliance, SP cath and Urethral cath placement and maintanence, blood glucose testing, suture/staple removal, took rotating on-call hours for off hour patient needs.
