Daily Duties at L3 Unmanned Systems:
Provide expertise for program management meetings to facilitate metrics for past performance and determine priorities for program execution. Provide oversight to team members in the implementation of daily activities. Oversee frequencies for flight operations, as well as facilities upkeep. Oversee maintenance section solely accounted for all flight equipment, as well as technical writing sections which develop systems first set of manuals for operations and maintenance. Manage a training section which establish and train the first set of operators, maintaining lessons with current information on the UAS system. Program meetings for evaluation of cost schedules, manpower forecasting, test schedules, document reviews, engineering design reviews, and flight schedules. Reduced risks of program cost overrun and achieved goals in a within schedule by reallocating personnel and resources. Utilized control tools such as scheduling, charting techniques, standard operating procedures(SOP), and developed and further improved the L3 Unmanned Systems 1st company SOP on UAS Operations including maintenance operations.
