After the acquisition of CCE by Coke in 2010, lead, develop, and implement the integration of Coke corporate and CCE (currently called CCR) information management into an Enterprise-wide system using SAP. Serve as a Change Agent in directing all program communication to educate and ensure compliance with physical and electronic records management initiatives impacting 70,000 global employees. Function as a Business Analyst and key liaison with the IT organization to facilitate the development of content management solutions for electronic records. Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, QBR.
