Project management of United States Department of Agriculture-National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA) funded Mobile Applications Grant Collaboration with five co-principal investigators, software developers, IT and volunteer veterinarians to meet grant objectives and timelines Oversight of grant budget and objectives Delivery of presentations to promote the mobile application and act as point-of-contact Conduct market research of current smartphone and tablet technology, volunteer recruitment, training, and documentation of user feedback Coordination with QA/QC for improved data capturing through facility Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Analysis and evaluation of facility-wide processes and implementation of improvements to customer services, data entry procedures, and epidemiological surveys for Kentucky animal disease tracking Development and implementation of training programs for cross-training of facility employees and grant volunteer veterinarians Implementation of electronic documentation within laboratory sections
