Managed worldwide marketing events department for international telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Strategically organized, pre-planned, implemented and managed 80 marketing events & trade shows during tenure. Wrote and managed budget, which exceeded two-million dollars per year. Managed and coordinated tremendously successful users group meeting for 350 guests representing more than 30 countries. As part of this meeting, I planned, directed and supervised accompanying exhibitor’s forum/trade show, which included exhibits from more than 25 companies. Streamlined department. Integrated operations, saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.
