Daily Duties at Pine Winery, Llc:
Payroll for up to 150 employees (ADP)Oregon and California, Daily Bank Reconciliation for 4 Accounts, weekly AP for both Company Codes in Oregon and California. Also AP for France using Euros for Barrels. Journal Entries and General Ledgers (Weekly and Monthly) Daily Bank Deposits, AR preparing invoices monthly to clients, collected payments and posted payments into GL, monthly rentals (Homes, Year end taxes for each Rental homes) Daily Tasting Room Sales and Biweekly Invoicing. Year End Reports and 1099's. Provided assistance to HR Director for Employee Benefits; medical, dental, and 401K
