Daily Duties at Levick Strategic Communication, Llc:
Monthly Client Invoicing, Posting Payments and Deposits, Exchanging monies from different countries, Daily Bank Recs for Daily Bank Deposits, Weekly Employee/Client Timesheets for tracking for both Billing and Revenue, Weekly AR Reports for VP's. Monthly Expense Invoices for Clients, Month end Revenue Reports for CFO and President, Monthly Reconciliation for Company Credit Cards, Reconcile Business Travel for Senior VP's and VP's both overseas and within the US. New Client contracts, Initial Engagement Invoices, Research Client Accounts, Posting all AR into Business Works Accounting Software (SAGE), Payroll (ADP); W-9's and 1099's for AP (including International Clients with w-8's for IRS. Assisted with Benefits; Medical, Dental, Cobra, and 401K. New Employee Presentation; New Hire Pamphlet, Timesheets for Billing. Auditing the Accounting Department and HR/Office Management. Worked closely with Executive Assistant; answering phones and booked luncheons, new building keys/garage keys for employees, prepared travel arrangements for VP's and President of the company (worked closely with travel agent)
