Program Management support for US Army’s Systems of Systems synchronization and interoperability based on Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services; systems include Army Battle Command Systems - GCCS-A, C2PC, TBMCS, JOPES, and other C4ISR systems, provided technical oversight of system of systems requirements, architecture, testable mission threads, and test cases to be used in interoperability testing and operational evaluation of the system of systems; established requirements, provided and coordinated user inputs, and conducted user testing and approval of a web-hosted system allowing coordination and resolution of interoperability needs and issues among over 70 member systems nationwide.
