Served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of the American subsidiary, Professional Services Industries, Inc. During my tenure this Swiss owned subsidiary became America’s largest independent testing company with 2,300 employees located in 43 states. Chaired their Political Action Committee. Chaired the national marketing/sales committee made up of president’s of major locations, was tasked with the responsibility for the capture of all public and private sector projects that had a potential fee in excess of half a million dollars ($500,000). Status: Swiss sold PSI, Inc. to Bain Capital of Boston in 1993.
