Immediately upon selection as President and General Counsel, hired the computer architect who designed Lexis Nexus to evaluate the software developed by the founders. Upon his report and my recommendation, the board of directors decided that the company’s software products required substantial additional architecture to be marketable. The founders nor any board member were interested in contributing the needed capital. At that point the company was not at the stage to raise capital through an IPO or a Private Placement. Status: Corporation remains but has not found funding.
