Advise attorneys on Insurance benefits available to them through the Texas Bar’s Insurance Trust. Bar members receive a discount on insurance products. In the central Texas area, advise Federal & USPS employees on their payroll deductible insurance benefits. In addition to serving as outside General Counsel for five (5) corporations concurrently, decided to narrow my practice to preparing Private Placement Memorandums and locating capital for start-up and exiting corporations. This was very lucrative until investors stopped investing in start-up and existing corporations, without a strong fiscal history.
