Daily Duties at Worlds Of Fun:
To inspect the ride daily for all safety equipment, and to coordinate with maintenance to complete all per-operation inspections. To delegate work assignments to all of the 40+ part time and full time seasonal employees assigned to my location. To train all employees assigned to my location, the proper methods for safely operating the ride and how to achieve the most efficient loading/unloading, and dispatching of trains/fliers. To orient all the employees assigned to my location on general park operations, phone operations, general operating procedures, emergency shut down procedures, inclement weather procedures, and guest contact and satisfaction.
