Self generated leads from a mix of industry referrals, direct marketing techniques, account management and business development functions. Consulted with clients and analyzed personal financial and credit profile. Collaborated with operations team and recommended action plan. Facilitated process flow and managed pipeline of REO referrals and self-sourced mortgage transactions. Communicated changes in products and compliance and conducted training for referral partners. In-depth knowledge of REO process and compliance, including extensive experience working with REO account managers, REO Realtors, and loss mitigation. Actively involved in the Women’s Council of Realtors, Association of Young Real Estate Professionals, Chamber of Commerce and Greater San Antonio Builders Association.
