Developed the joint venture between Citibank and Keller Williams Realty. Collaborated with realtors on marketing plans and co-branded marketing items to promote Citibank programs and products. Developed creative marketing approach to “out of the box” scenarios including international and cash heavy clientele. Conducted mortgage product and compliance training, home buyer seminars and investor forum events. Delivered company product and industry compliance updates at meetings and local forums, acting as local industry expert. Expert knowledge of credit policies and procedures, including knowledge of international credit policies, local marketplace and process flow. Actively involved in Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce- Real Estate Committee, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and Women’s Council of Realtors of Miami Dade County.
