Collaborated with senior management, marketing, and sales groups on law firm, corporate and government contract negotiations and administration. Served as liaison between senior management, sales division and underwriters on contract issues to ensure contract compliance with company standards. Led contract negotiations with clients, prepared and presented annual contract reviews, delivered contractual provisions. Performed risk assessment and management. Demonstrated strong conflict management, financial analysis, negotiation and relationship building skills.
