Led the transition of a church from a stalled, small format culture to being ready to capitalize on a recently completed $3.8m building project through strategic planning, performance and talent management, and FeedForward evaluation processes. • Actively directs 22 staff members with industry standard selection, assessment, and leadership strategies. • Project led the building of a new 850 seat auditorium on schedule and within budget. • Cultivated business processes, professionally audited financials, and strategic plans that enabled the church to qualify for a $4.5m bond issue and complete an $863k capital campaign. • Regularly conveyed finance, personnel, and project status to board, investors, and customers. • Created curriculum and facilitated classes to develop and mentor staff and volunteers to improve retention and overall organizational performance. • Oversaw Comptroller and finance team in the management of budgets from $1.2m to $1.6m.
