Responsible for Management Operating System evaluation, problem identification, system redesign and/or upgrades for all plants plus all support and indirect departments. Conducted supervisory and management training to insure complete understanding and utilization of all system changes. Specialized in driving culture change throughtout the organization from a management by personality thought process to an accountability based thought process. Identified financial savings for the organization during each step of the Management Operating System implementation.
