Daily Duties at Benchmark Senior Living :

•Responsible for coordinating and managing lead generating sales and marketing events for 44 communities •Work collaboratively with sales associates to schedule and coordinate 2 lead generating events in every community each month •Provide on-site support at major community events •Sources and secures new, unique and authentic key note speakers and value based event topics consistently •Supports sales team, coordinating and executing events which directly effects increased occupancy results •Measure effectiveness and productivity of each event and establish modifications and recommendations to the event plans for maximum results •Develop and manage promotion of events such as invitations, media advertising, direct mailings and event budgets •Prepare press releases to support events •Post PR and articles on web sites and local papers to increase outside participation in events and volume growth initiatives •Primary liaison for local press and responsible for all press inquiries •Responsible for maintaining and updating company website by uploading updated marketing information •Oversee and monitor company newsletters within each community •Brainstorm design ideas for brochures to be completed by graphic design vendors
