Directed and planned the Y2K program, architected systems integration projects, conversions, ERP evaluations, ERP implementations, analysis, design, development and ongoing maintenance for all twelve colleges. Created and monitored budgets, program and project plans for the large enterprise collaborating with business partners, vendors and Information Technology. Provided technical and managerial leadership to fifteen software developers. Hired and built a talented, highly innovative team, including Project Managers. Reduced the software development time by 50% through insisting on creation of user specifications, status reports and weekly team meetings that included Information Technology and business partners. Conducted constructive evaluations, created a software developers resource web site and implemented annual training plans. I was promoted to Director of Information Systems for my outstanding achievements in reaching enterprise goals, balancing resources, researching emerging technologies, fast turnaround on bug fixes, building vendor relationships, vendor contract negations, managed outsourcing relationships, facilitating collaboration between business partners, vendors and Information Technology.
