As a member of the production team, responsibilities included a multifarious spectrum of assignments. These duties included keeping the overall organization and professional comportment of the office. Editing and formatting PowerPoint presentations and MS Word documents for client and use, scheduling meetings with senior-level executives and preparing expense reports. In addition, I compiled and organized researched information used to create business analyst-level reports, charts and graphics in Excel and PowerPoint. I Played an integral role with the business analysts to generate the weekly new business development pipeline reports as well as assisting with the end-of-month booking analysis.
