Daily Duties at Census Bureau:

Managed a number of temporary Census offices. Was responsible for the supervision, technical direction and oversight of All Census Field offices and Local Census offices supervisory staff, and Regional Technicians. Was responsible for the quality control and coverage improvement of Census operations within assigned jurisdictions. Eliminated conflicts to ensure consistency of implementation. Interviewed prospective candidates, evaluated employees and recommended appropriate actions regarding hiring, promotions and reassignment. Recommended disciplinary action when necessary. Applied EEO principles in hiring practices, training, employee development, the utilization of employee skills, advancement, etc
