Customer service and QA rep. for their marine division. Dealt with yacht manufactures, their dealers and our mutual customers in regards to perfomance and various technical issues. Identifying product or supplier deficiencies and taking correcive actions. Perform tests on new yachts to verify those installations had met or exceeded parameters set forth by Detroit Diesel. Administer the company Warrany dept.
