Generate a weekly product that could sustain the $250 million advertising revenue as well as the suport of 700 different newspapers (from urban centers like New York City and Chicago) to small rural publications. I supervised a staff of 25 and served on the Operating Committed, contributing to the annual company-wide budget of a $400 million. Profit margins of 35% made USA Weekend one of the most profitable properties in all of Gannett.
