Daily Duties at Jc Whitney:
1. Review health of CommercialWare Order Mangement System (CWDirect, CWIntegratate, CWCollaborate) and correct if nessessary 2. Review previous night batch processes for succussfull completion. 3. Resolve all unsuccssfull processes or deligate to approiate department. 4. Review the Mojo trouble ticket system for related issues to my area of resonibilites and resolve and report back to user on ticket status. 5. Design, develope and install software processes as required by our business units. 6. Provide ad-hoc reporting and data migration for my internal customers. 7. Manage our Drop Ship CWCollaborate department with vendor account manintence and development of special data migration processes.
