Daily Duties at Arapahoe County Development Services Dept.:

• Manages commercial, industrial and residential land development applications through the government review and approval process for the Engineering Division’s Land Development Services Section. • Conducts review and approval of plats, development plans, drainage reports, traffic impact studies, construction plans, engineering cost estimates and other supporting documents submitted by consulting firms to ensure conformance with adopted County standards. • Prepares written engineering staff reports, subdivision improvement agreements, transportation fee agreements, and delivers oral presentations at Planning Commission and County Commissioners’ hearings. • Performs inspections of roadway construction projects for Capital Improvements Program.
