Daily Duties at Valley Crest:

• Assisted the project manager in the evaluation of construction phase activities that must be completed to ensure the successful completion of the work in accordance to owner requirements. • Responsible for monthly draws, job site safety, general supervision, subcontractor selection and deployment, estimating, scheduling, cost control and project documentation (RFI’s, shop drawings, change orders, contract documents) from start to closeout. • Worked with project team, site-based personnel and third party consultants (owners’ reps) and contractors to estimate cost, develop field execution strategies and derive schedules. • Scheduled city inspections to ensure timely project completion while meeting budget requirements. • Conducted material ordering, and organized and prepared staging for project.
