• Delivered key contributions as Civil Engineer and Project Manager for City of Phoenix – Development Services Department (DSD) Planned Community Work Section, reviewing/evaluating construction design plans and cost estimates for private development and public works projects to ensure adherence to municipal policies, codes, and ordinances. Approved preliminary/final development plans, grading, drainage, plats, surveys, paving, water/sewer systems, erosion/sedimentation control, and storm water management.
