Provided overall site leadership for two sites - the Millington, TN, Facility, and West Valley City, UT, Facility. Responsible for net revenues from $16 million in Millington to over $80 million in West Valley, delivering EBIT of over 20%.Led Process Improvement initiatives in North China region an three factories. Led the manufacturing operations in several facilities.
