Daily Duties at Saic:

Oversite of ~70 Projects in the Aviation Division (FAA) with 4 PC’s and total contract value over $301M. Project Control: Maintaining, tracking, analysis and reporting of project funding, changes, and spending for projects assigned to specific Project Managers. Also perform In Process Review’s (IPR’s). Accrual’s. Charge nodes for Cost Point system. Responsible for Estimates At Completion’s. Biweekly Cost Detail and Cost Summary reports. Reconciliation and de-obligation documents as necessary. Financial reports. “What if” scenarios. Analysis for Special Project Authorization’s. Interact with Contracts and Finance functions for cost analysis and reporting. Support to Finance. Currently work with CostPoint, Hyperion (Brio), Helios and the Microsoft Office tools. Work directly with Subcontracts personnel for acquisition of vendor labor and materials. Open purchase requisitions for same.
