Daily Duties at Pragmatics:
Compiling Project forecasts and cost accounting data for General Managers. Assist in building Annual Operating Plan. Preparing Division financial slides for Monthly Management Meetings. Run Costpoint downloads for Program Control team and GM’s. Update Project Summary Report for monthly reporting and project variance analysis. Input Subcontractor labor into Costpoint for set-up. Hiring, training, performance reviews, and time reporting for staff. Monitoring workloads, verifying accuracy of work, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policy and procedures. Oversight of 60+ contracts. Annual revenue over $170M. Project Control duties: Hands on Project Control activities for Task Orders awarded on large IDIQ contract. Experience includes T&M, CPFF, FFP, and hybrid contracts. Work with CostPoint and Microsoft Office tools. Advanced excel skills to include Pivot tables, look-ups and charting.
