Daily Duties at Alliance Imaging:

Managed mobile PETCT operations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, and oversee personnel processes • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties • Create and/or review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement • Research and implement new facility locations, including all necessary licensing, permits and oversee the remodeling of current facilities • Act as liaison between Alliance Imaging, hospital management, Radiology groups and patients • Calculate and submit payroll weekly • Maintain DPH Licensure, ACR Accreditation, Joint Commission Accreditation and Patient Satisfaction Survey’s • Coordinate scheduling, pre-certifications and medical records • LEAN Training and implementation
