Responsibilities: Ciras: Facility online tool for provision circuits on Century Link voice and data network and production applications, Telenium Manager (Megas) Online reporting tool, (TTI Terminal Emulation) Diagnostic tool for production support of DWDM and Sonet Platforms such as Ciena 4200. Alcatel 1301 NMX_GUI interface to support 1603 , 1648 and 1696 platforms. Nortel 3500 and 6500 equipment. (NMA) Enhanced Graphics tool: Ticket and Alarm system used for alarm collection/analyses of transport equipment on Century Link Nationwide network. PT4 Ticketing Reporting: Used for Trouble tickets collection and dispatching Technician of equipment problems on the network. Sting Network: Used for monitor sites on DWDM network
