Daily Duties at Milgard Manufacturing, Inc.:
Responsible for increasing sales volume of our special fiberglass division through superior customer service and technical support. Developed and initiated product and productyion improvements to the fiberglass line. developed and conducted on-site training classes to all Milgard locations and external customers. Developed and conducted service training and quality manufacturing classes which resulted in 40% decrease in no-charge replacement orders. Implemented product process improvements which saved the company over $250,000.
