Daily Duties at Financial West Group, Inc.:
Research of real estate offerings in the private equity sector, specifically focused on the manufactured housing industry. Discussions with various sponsors of private equity raise real estate programs, including analysis of their deal structure. Review and analysis of same sponsors Regulation D exempted securities offerings for equity raises for their real estate programs. Classes and study to successfully pass state exam and receive Nevada real estate sales license. Review and coordination with firm's due diligence officer regarding private real estate programs that the firm would approve for sale by their registered reps.
