Daily Duties at St. Vincent Hospital And Medical Center:
Cardiac Intensive Care Nursing to include AMI, Cardiogenic Shock, CABG and PTCA patients. Performed hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, ventilator, central, swan-ganz and arterial line management. Vasopressor, thromboloytic and cardiogenic medication management. Rhythm interpretation and management. Worked closely with patients, families, physicians and staff to provide excellent quality of care.
