Policy analysis Utilize a high degree of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management. Identify and analyze program-specific public health legislation, Compose or revise Circulars/Policies and Procedures. (P&PS), & Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with United States Code (USC), Federal Regulations (CFR), Executive Order, Federal Management Regulation (FMR). Advisory role to the Office of Health Programs Director.
