Coordinated between Office of the President and other divisions; Attended Officers weekly meetings and took meeting minutes; Formalized GCC Meeting Minutes format; Worked with Management team leaders to set long-term goals for individual and organizational development; Collected information and wrote up activities updates in preparation for Town Hall Meeting and Annual Report.
