Daily Duties at Skanska Usa Building, Inc.:
Team leader of a national bank branch expansion program; completing twenty branch banks in two states over a two-year period. Closely collaborated on the program development with client’s development manager and architect to insure on time and on budget project completion for each new bank. Lead a program staff of eight individuals. Program average revenue was 13% or approximately $1.8 million over two years. Project Manager on a custom luxury high rise condo project located in lower down town Denver, CO. This project included fourteen stories above grade with three stories of underground parking and 169 individual units. Each unit had custom finishes selected at the time of purchase by the owner. The cost of construction for this project was $38 Million billed over 18 months. The project was completed on time preserving all Owner obligations to the individual buyers.
