Daily Duties at Reno Sparks Indian Colony:
Lead and direct all aspects of operations for ambulatory and primary care for over 5,000-member service area, directly managing team of 120 professionals. Oversee matrix of 12 divisions with subsequent 12 divisional managers, effectively managing budgets and grant funding for various aspects of business. Restructure services and staff for Behavioral Health Division, developing opportunities for service expansion without increase in overhead expenses and filling identified professional vacancies. Implement new initiatives for increased productivity and client satisfaction, including establishing regional chronic pain and prescription drug policy to help eliminate high-risk narcotic prescriptions, as well as negotiation for Womenβs Health and Endocrinology services.
