Daily Duties at Dalton Gear Company:

I review, process all orders. I also also take all techincal calls, assist in sales calls in wich range in 30-60 calls plus a day. I review researches and analyzes data, such as customer design specifications to quote for the product we manufacture in quanitys of 1-10000 pieces. I develop, document, and maintain designs processes, methods to resolve technical problems. prepare designs and/or drawings using board and Cad design equipment,evaluate and revise corporate/customer drawings,using Autocad design Review or E-Drawing to generating new product designs based upon corporate requirements perform necessary calculations, and coordinate design criteria. resolve complex design issues. Collaborate with senior management to analyze and define business and technical requirements. Conduct root cause analysis, assess issues/failures, and implement mitigation plans and corrective action procedures. Serve as corporate representative and primary liaison while striving to maximize productivity, efficiency and benefit to client.
