Daily Duties at Trima Ltd:
1. Working closely with Quality Assurance departments to resolve documentation issues and ensure compliance. (Managements of large groups of peoples (50)). 2. Ensure strict adherence to and implementation of Company Safety and Work rules 3. Investigate quality issues and implementing corrective actions 4. Participate in required meetings, activities, and related projects and relevant interdepartmental activities 5. Perform Internal Audits (IA) and special QA projects. 6. Review and revision of SOPs. 7. Maintain library of regulatory guidelines 8. Identify and present ongoing initiatives for continuous improvements to the organization’s quality and compliance process. 9. Provide training and guidance to staff regarding compliance and interpretation of regulations 10. Submission of annual reports. 11. Administrate of Q-soft program – Manage a computer network system serving seven departments.
