Daily Duties at Office Of Chester D. Copeman, Phd (Clinical Psychologist):
Supervised four subordinates in a goal orientated environment. Provided clients who visited the doctor due to referal from the police department, education department or from a lawyer with requested information or referred them to appropriated staff members in a timely manner. Ensured all psychological test of client were completed and placed in new file created and updated existing client files. Completed reports along with prepared invoices would be delivered by meself weekly and followed up phone calls or emails for when payment would be received. Prepared insurance billings and invoices for payment to be received and followed up with any queries. Ensured the efficient functioning of office machinery and supplies were readily available. Researched training for the staff using Skilled Path for the staff members to attend. In addition, I kept timesheets daily which were forwarded to an accountant weekly for payroll in a timely manner. Composed and typed routine and confidential correspondence to both private and/or government agencies. Selected and trained three employees before relocation. Scheduled and reviewed the doctor's week and/or reminded the doctor of court visit, depositions or outstanding reports or letters, lectures or off-island visits. Meet also with the staff individually weekly to find out any concerns or any other matters to be addressed.
