Daily Duties at Everest University:

 Generate and analyze data from attrition, scheduling, and student academic progress reports daily  Generate and analyze data from grade, degree program and student audits, and graduation assessment quarterly  Maintain academic standards including curriculum, syllabi, book selection and preference, and lesson planning  Participate in construction of Master Schedule, while evaluate grade, attendance, appeals policies according to corporate catalogue requirements to meet SOX general controls  Audit faculty files, transcripts, budget restraints associated with instructor and room usage reports, remaining compliant with federal, state, and local agencies, company policy and procedures, and ACICS accreditation; including work study supervision  Assist in daily communication with department and interdepartmental communication through department meetings and round table discussions  Support the Deans and President in the hiring, firing, management, and training of faculty members and their performance by means of pre-hire assessment, classroom performance evaluations, and annual objectives development plans for full-timers.
