Daily Duties at Blackwater Usa:
• Responsibilities included executing and administering federal and local contracts for the procurement of Security Services, Training, Construction, Target Systems, or Aviation Services. • Reviewed bids from other companies (teaming agreements, subcontract agreements) to assure full compliance with the contract requirements; Acted as the liaison between Blackwater USA Blackwater Worldwide and subcontractors. • Worked alongside of Blackwater’s FSO to make certain that acceptable policies and procedures in regards to clearances were followed in all contract negotiations and arrangements. • Registered all of the EP Management companies on the various websites e.g. Central Contract Certification (CCR), Online Representations and Certification Administration (ORCA), North Carolina Small Business Administration, etc… • Responsible for all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request and / or submissions. • Implement the use of the Epipeline database as the premier resource to help identify, qualify, and win more government contracts.
