Daily Duties at Self Employed Property Manager/Owner:

I leased, rented, and eventually sold houses. I handled any problems. I hired and scheduled maintenance, repairs, and hurricane clean up. I ordered new parts, sometimes I would order enough material to rebuild twenty roofs. If I didn't need it I could sell it to someone else but it was important that I was prepared. I negotiated debt settlements, evictions, and processed contracts. I was the sole manager for sixteen plus years anything you can think of in this field I have done.
