• Opening and closing manager on duty leading shifts of twenty people • Deposit verification and processing as well as bank drop • New hire paperwork and training • Monitor product holding times, temperature and speed of service for front counter and drive thru • Ensure accurate food preparation and product for daily sales • Delegate all tasks and positions as necessary depending on sales and customer demands • Customer service and complaint resolution
