Daily Duties at Simi Gon, Inc:

Responsible for directing, developing and managing small and midrange contracts leading into multi-million dollar programs. Interfacing with customers and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring that programs were being executed according to company policies and procedures using Agile and Scrum Development Processes and Program Management Methodologies. Developing and monitoring schedules. Ensuring that programs were delivered within budget. Delivering company products with efficiency, accuracy and within the required timeline. Providing support at the customer’s site to ensure high quality deliveries and customer satisfaction. Monitoring and managing ongoing customer activity while resolving customer issues. Maintaining close communication with the customer during the program life and beyond. Identifying opportunities for additional work scope and follow-up prospects. Preparing and submitting Export Documents, Export License and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA). Managing Customer Support Services Center. Designing, assembling, configuring and testing customer computer prior to delivery. Managing all manufacture and purchases of customer hardware. Managing customer hardware delivery logistics. Initiating and tracking all customer invoices through receipt of payment. Working with U.S. Air Force Procurement Organization’s on-line systems to process and invoice Purchase Orders for hardware and software purchases. Performing the duties of company Facility Security Officer and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Officer.
