Daily Duties at Interstate Batteries:
Provided outstanding support to over 300 Interstate Batteries distributors. Training and mentoring of 6 support analysts. Develop training documentation. Handle difficult distributor situations. Provide direct assistance to the support manager on many fronts. Work with other department managers, QA and regional Managers. Worked with outside vendors on Hand held computers, Laptops and desktop Computers. Point man for supervisor when he was out of the office. Acted as subject matter expert in meetings.
